Roofing Contractor recommendation in a world of scammers. I did my due diligence and got references for, then inspections/quotes from 3 roofing contractors. One was head and shoulders above the others as far as 1) promptness and clarity of reply, 2) ability to talk to me like an intelligent adult, rather than a clueless middle-aged female, 3) willingness to answer questions and explain insurance process, 4) ability to work effectively with my insurance company. Now the job is complete and I can add to the excellent attributes 5) continuing clear/prompt communication, 6) efficiency of crew, including protection of my landscaping, and clean-up, 7) willingness to go above and beyond, replacing a board that had deteriorated under the roof and addition of roof peak ventilation not included in insurance quote (at no additional cost to me), 8) hiding/painting of unattractive flashings and vents.(PS. My husband oversaw 9-10 digit international construction projects and taught me a great deal about the industry, and he would have approved of this contractors work and ethics.)PS. I neither have an interest in this company nor do I reap any financial benefit from this unsolicited review.***********************************

I had a wonderful experience with Peak Roofing Solutions LLC. I am deaf with vision impairment. *************************** called the insurance company and assured my claim was accepted. The insurance company fought tooth and nail trying to avoid full rough replacement. It has been over 3 months ****** has supported me dealing with the insurance company. I have a beautiful new roof. The workers were kind. I extremely pleased!

The crew was pleasant, and I appreciate how they clearly explained up front how the insurance claim process would work from start to finish. I heard a couple speaking at the gym I go to, talking about their recent experience regarding getting their roof replaced. I asked them who they used and it was Peak Roofing. I gave them a call & shortly after they were at my door. Did a complete inspection & helped me file a claim w/ my insurance company. They are very informative and
knowledgeable about the process.
